Delivery Areas & Fees

• All rentals will be delivered between 10am – 8pm and our team are in the area for pick up an hour before the end of the Event unless other arrangements have been made.
• We require a designated point person to be present at the time of delivery to receive the rentals. Additional wait-time fees may be added to your balance if no one is available.

Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event.

Rules and Regulations

1. All weapons are prohibited while using the property of Bouncing Dreamz.

1. Neither food nor drink is permitted on the property of Bouncing Dreamz.

1. Those individuals who are visibly intoxicated will not be permitted to use the property of Bouncing Dreamz.

1. All individuals using the property of Bouncing Dreamz must possess a sufficient level of skill and physical fitness required to participate in the physical activities of Bouncing Dreamz.

1. All individuals using the property of Bouncing Dreamz must not have any health problems that would increase the risk of injury.

1. All individuals using the property of Bouncing Dreamz must sign the Liability Waiver and Indemnification Agreement.

1. It is the responsibility of the individual using the property of Bouncing Dreamz to cease activity and notify a representative of Bouncing Dreamz if he/she feels uncomfortable or is injured.

1. The individual using the property of Bouncing Dreamz will only participate in those activities that he/she feels capable of performing without increased risk of injury.

1. All individuals using the property of Bouncing Dreamz agree to obey all safety rules, even those that may not be set forth here, and alert a Bouncing Dreamz representative of any violations of rules or dangerous behaviors by any individual.

1. Bouncing Dreamz and/or its representative(s) have the right to end all usage of its property by individuals in the event a danger to self or others is presented.

1. All individuals using the property of Bouncing Dreamz will assume all cost(s) related to any emergency medical care and/or transportation, if such care and/or transportation becomes necessary.

1. In the event of any injury, the injured individual(s) agree(s) to inform Bouncing Dreamz of such injury(ies) prior to the end of the Event.

1. All individuals using the property of Bouncing Dreamz are required to wear socks at all times. Shoes are not to be worn on the house and/or castle.

Bouncing Dreamz LLC is Insured.

However, customer is required to sign a Release of Liability Waiver, thus, assuming responsibility for the inflatable(s) and all guests playing on the inflatable during the entire rental period.

Bouncing Dreamz LLC will not be responsible for any acts of negligence on the part of the customer, their representatives or guests. Customer is responsible for monitoring the inflatable(s) and providing an attendant for the inflatable(s) at all times.
